Employee Owners, BL Companies is a growing company with over 400 employee owners across the United States. Our core values provide a common basis to guide our daily decision making and interactions. Some policies could fit under more than one section, but are only referenced in one. Our core values identify what we stand for as a company, guide how we behave and provide a compass for decision making and interactions within BL Companies, with clients and with business partners. The policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook are a reflection of those values. It is important that everything we think, say or do reflects adherence to laws, regulations and our policies. We all want to work for a company that does things right and does the right things – even when no one is looking. I ask that you read the enclosed Employee Handbook and personally commit to complying with its requirements.
