BL Companies | Employee Handbook | 2022
Whether you have just joined the Company or have been at BL Companies for a while, we are confident that you will find our company a dynamic and rewarding place in which to work and we look forward to a productive and successful relationship. We consider the Employee Owners of BL Companies to be its most valuable resources. This handbook has been written to serve as the guide for the employer/employee relationship. This Employee Handbook contains only general information and guidelines. It is not intended to be comprehensive or to address all the possible applications of, or exceptions to, the general policies and procedures described. For that reason, if you have any questions concerning eligibility for a particular benefit or the applicability of a policy or practice to you, you should address your specific questions to the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Department mission is: “To provide a competitive salary and benefits package and clear policies to our Employee Owners while working strategically with our business partners on behalf of BL Companies. Our employee relations will be dealt with honesty and integrity. BL will be sought after for our ownership culture and supportive working environment.”
