PROJECT FOCUS The advancement of prepared foods and the rapid expansion of online grocery services has fueled the demand for constant change. Grocers are responding with new service offerings, evolving store formats and the creation of new experiences for their customers. Having worked with a variety of clients and multiple store formats, we have witnessed the evolution of store design from simple in-store sales of consumer packaged goods and perishables to in-store dining, prepared meals and the current evolution of online shopping, click-and- collect, and home delivery formats.
