The site can support approximately 15 to 17 MM SF of industrial/manufacturing/logistics space. The balance of the site is protected natural resource preserve. There is also potential for an onsite Class 1 intermodal facility adjacent to a main line. This project site is located in Marion County, South Carolina, near one of the fastest growing ports in the US at Charleston, SC.
