Find Your Flow – Viva is a useful feature in Microsoft to help get and stay organized. We all have access to it through BL’s software suite. What Viva does is to review your e-mails and make suggestions to help prepare for scheduled meetings, follow up on tasks and other helpful tips. It also offers to schedule “focus time” in 2-hour blocks to allow for focused BD prospecting, strategy development, calls, developing and inserting strategies into CRM, etc. Like all strategic and high value activities, planning a time when that’s all we will focus on is beneficial.
