The PMs should ALSO ask about additional opportunities with the clients. The PMs must advise the RM on any substantive issues with the project, especially those relating to schedule and project financials. The PMs can ask the RMs for assistance in communicating with the clients, but the core responsibilities of the PMs (as outlined in our Job Descriptions, PM Manual and training programs) remain those of the PMs, not the RM.
