  Drawing Numbers Drawing numbers should be in numeric order. If you need to create more than one plan to cover the entire site/project, multiple layout tabs should be used in a single file. Additional files can be created as needed following in numeric order. Example: Site Plan = 4 sheets to cover the site. Filename: = SP15C1234-01.dwg. Layout tabs: = SP-01, SP-02, SP-03, SP-04 If needed an SP15C1234-02.dwg can be created for a blow-up or detail area. The inclusion of the Job Number not only identifies the project, but it also helps to maintain file individu- ality so no two files are named the same on the serv- er. Use the entire Job Number.
