The Scope records list view will display. You can sort by any column header by picking the arrows next to the names.

Signing Into the Ragic! Website Employees have received an email invite to the Ragic! website. If you have not already done so, login to activate your account

If you select any Scope ID on the list, it will open that individual Scope record. Here you can access all of the fields in the record.

Main Scope Webpage On the main scope webpage, select “BL Companies Scopes.”

FILTER YOUR VIEW On the main Scope document list, you can filter your view to display only records that meet the criteria selected in the left side field list. In the example below, ASMEP was checked and only the records for the ASMEP division are displayed. You can select many filter options. Expand each field list by selecting the arrow next to it.the list and it will open that record. The search function will not only search on record field information, but also content with each Scope document itself.

If you hover over the “ScopeDocument” weblink, it will bring up a preview window on the right side of your screen. This preview function also works in the main records list page as well.

SEARCHING FOR SCOPE DOCUMENTS From any page, you can type information into the top search bar to locate a Scope document. When you start typing, examples will drop down related to the words being typed. It will display the Scope ID for each record that included the typed word(s). Select the example from the list and it will open that record. The search function will not only search on record field information, but also content with each Scope document itself.

SCOPE DOCUMENT WORKFLOW Using the search features outlined above, you are ready to start building your scope. Note: Land Development proposals include multiple scope items so if you are working on a land development proposal start with one of those documents and review. However, the same procedure can be used for all scopes. For example, if you want to build a proposal for land development in Maryland, search for “Maryland” and the following results pop up:

Click on LD-Maryland-RCR-1.doc and it will open the word document.

Highlight all, copy and paste into your proposal document.

ADDING ADDITIONAL SCOPE If you need additional scope, simply search for requested item and follow the same, search, open, copy and paste procedure above. FORMATTING Currently scopes are formatted without numbers. You will need to add formatting to your proposal document.
