What’s the importance of career fairs? This is our company’s pipeline, and we want to promote the great careers available here at BL! We want to give students the opportunity of hands-on learning in their discipline while practicing professional behavior. BL participates in various college career fairs to recruit students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering, architecture, design, project management, safety, and business services. Full-time entry-level positions are available for recent college graduates. BL also recruits the best and brightest students to join our dynamic project teams. During these internships, students are able to develop invaluable skills that will serve them throughout their career in the A/E industry. We are proud to offer the resources and professional development needed to succeed.
