One of our clients, RIDOT, has counted on our responsiveness many times. There have been instances where the client has given BL very short or even same day notice on important projects. Because of our Employee Owners’ responsiveness, RIDOT has leaned on our services and hired us for additional projects. Imagine if those Employee Owners saw the email come and chose not to respond. Well, as we know – waiting around for answers is frustrating, especially when matters become urgent. If we were not responsive, the project would have been awarded to another firm and we would have lost a valuable client.
