Even the smallest change can have a big impact on a project. Express ideas clearly and concisely. If your method of communication isn’t working, it’s time to try another one Keep confidentiality at the forefront of your mind. Respect it. Understand the lines of communication and use good judgement while presenting information to the person you are speaking with.
Remember: Ensure all critical data, decisions and commitments are appropriately documented.
