Don’ts ▪ Disclose any information that is not publicly known. ▪ Use anything generated by AI that could be a violation of another firm’s copyright. ▪ Use anything generated by AI as the final product. INTERNET USE ▪ BL Companies’ network, including its connection to the Internet, is to be used primarily for business-related purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Internet is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to: connecting, posting or downloading pornographic material; engaging in computer “hacking” and other related activities; attempting to disable or compromise the security of information contained on BL Companies’ computers; or otherwise using BL Companies’ computers in a manner which interferes with their business purpose. ▪ Anything sent through the Internet passes through many different computer systems, all with different levels of security. The confidentiality of messages may be compromised at any point along the way. ▪ BL Companies reserves the right to monitor Internet use at its discretion.

Any information that is received via a Generative AI tool could come back without attribution to the creator. Therefore, there are intellectual property risks. ▪ Accuracy. As these tools are still rapidly evolving, anything generated from a Generative AI tool would need to be thoroughly checked. Current Guidance As of today, there is a team representing all disciplines looking into AI - both how BL can harness the opportunities it provides as well as mitigate the risks. If you are using AI for any work for BL, you must follow the guidance below: Do’s ▪ Use AI to generate ideas and brainstorm only - not to write e-mails or reports. ▪ Proof-read any AI generated information for grammar, spelling, logic and flow. ▪ Thoroughly fact-check any AI generated information. ▪ Err on the side of caution.
