“Not that long ago, a team here at BL was in the middle of an exhausting and stressful never-ending stretch of work. The Project Manager assigned to the job became aware that his team was floundering and quite frankly, getting on each other’s nerves. He knew he had a great team and everyone was working their hardest to deliver an outstanding product to our client. Before the end of the week, they all had already significantly billed over 40 hours. One day, the Project Manager scheduled the entire team to an afternoon meeting outside of the office. When the team arrived on site, they found out they were going to a movie – where the popcorn and treats were on the house. After that, they were then surprised to find out that they were on their way to a pizza party. This unexpected break from work cracked the cycle of crankiness!”
